Our voice bots take the calls that follow a script: qualifying leads, answering order questions and booking callbacks. When a caller needs a person, the bot hands over the call with the details already filled in.
Bot greets the caller Says it is a virtual assistant
Asks your qualifying questions
Qualified? If not, it books a callback
Transfers to a live agent With a summary of the call
Saves the result to your CRM Disposition, recording and summary
Crimson steps are handled by the bot. Your agents only take the calls that are ready.
Sample call with a fictional roofing company
Bot Hi, this is the virtual assistant for Brightline Roofing. You asked about a free roof inspection. Is now a good time?
Caller Sure, go ahead.
Bot Do you own the home at 14 Elm Street? Qualifying question
Caller Yes, for six years.
Bot I can book an inspector for Thursday at 10 or Friday at 2. Which suits you? Checks the calendar
Caller Friday at 2, please.
Saved to the CRM: inspection booked for Friday, 2:00 pm
What we build
Outbound qualifying calls
The bot calls your leads, asks your qualifying questions and transfers the ready ones to a live agent.
Inbound answering
Every call is picked up on the first ring, day or night. Common questions get answered and the rest are routed.
Live transfer with context
When a caller needs a person, the bot transfers the call and passes on what it learned, so nobody repeats themselves.
Callbacks and appointments
If the timing is wrong, the bot books a callback or an appointment straight into your calendar or CRM.
Dispositions and summaries
Every call is recorded, summarized and given a disposition in your CRM, so your reports stay accurate.
Chatbots for web and messaging
The same call flows can run as a chatbot on your website or in messaging apps.
How it works
Listen to your calls
We review real recordings and your scripts to learn what callers ask and what a good outcome looks like.
Design the call flow
We map every branch: questions, objections, transfers and callbacks. You approve the flow before we build it.
Connect dialer and CRM
The bot joins your dialer over SIP and reads from and writes to your CRM.
Launch, listen, tune
We start on part of your traffic, review calls every week and tune the script as results come in.

Questions we get asked
Will callers know they are talking to a bot?
Our bots introduce themselves as a virtual assistant. Disclosure rules differ by country and state, so we set the opening line to match the rules in your market.
Does it work with our dialer?
If your dialer connects over SIP, the bot can usually join it. We already run bots alongside VICIdial and other Asterisk-based dialers.
How many calls can one bot handle at once?
One of our servers handles up to 100 calls at the same time, and we add servers as your volume grows.
What happens when the bot cannot help?
It transfers the call to a live agent with a short summary, or books a callback when no one is free.
Can the bot sound like our brand?
Yes. We choose a natural AI voice, tone and pace that fit your brand and your callers, and you approve it before launch.
How quickly can we start?
We begin with one call flow on part of your traffic, then add more call types once the results hold.
